Mr. Irakli Menagarishvili
Mr. Menagarishvili has held high political and administrative positions in the leadership of Georgia for more than 20 years. In 1982 - 95 he was Deputy Minister and Minister of Public Health of Georgia, the deputy Prime Minister, and in 1995 - 2003 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
In 1991, together with partners, he established the Institute of Strategic Studies, co-director of which he is to this day. He led the number of staff training courses for the Ministry of Defense of Georgia and other government agencies.
Irakli Menagarishvili is a member of the Supervisory Board and the Co-Chairman of the Center for Strategic Research at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies since 2003. He is also co-founder of the Atlantic Council of Georgia.
Irakli Menagarishvili has graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University in 1974. He holds the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
